About:
Luc Rabaey is a serious photographer since 1996, has a wide range of interests : portraiture, urban scapes, documentary. He was working on photo essays, reports and projects like 'Image³', 'Wonderland' and 'From Now Here To Where Ever'. He got some awards as the golden lens at the International Photofestival of Knokke-Heist, Belgium in 2003. His real passion is public life photography in which he is framing everyday reality into touching, subtle humour, surreal and mystery. He worked in Paris, London, Brussels, Rome, Madrid, Chicago, Honolulu, Berlin, Istanbul and England. He is working in progress on 'Survey on Movement & Distance', preparing new shows in Gent and Bruges and a book will be published at the end of 2008. The series 'Street Drama' is shown at the Photo View 2008 traveling group exhibition, running till end of October in Zonhoven, Belgium.
